It's the Double Wing. And it can be pulled off in a casual way, most widely known for pin-up looks or artisticly. It's versitile, it's cute, and it's even a great way to give the illusion of fuller eyelashes.
I did a more toned down and casual double wing that you can get away with wearing basically everywhere. :)
